- Magistrate Import - Enter in a Start and End Range for the Magistrate # and the system will fetch and parse all dockets for the given range.
- Case Search - Search all dockets on a given case # range, view history on a particular docket, then export the results to Excel.
- Magistrate Search - Search all dockets on a given magistrate # range, view history on a particular docket, then export the results to Excel.
- There is a 1000 docket range limit when importing files, so imports larger than 1000 dockets should be broken up into smaller imports.
- 10 consecutive failures will halt the importing process.
- When searching and exporting to Excel, it is recommended to search for, display, and export a manageable docket range.
- Listings over several hundred dockets in length do require additional processing time. Please be patient.
- The site that this system gets its data from does go down from time to time. If imports are consistently failing, this may be the reason.
